Sandra Johnson – changed from network account to local transferring all data to server and back to local account. Updated as many apps as possible without full OS update to save time. Large amount of data.

Jan Mullins – Notebook crashing. Uninstalled SMART software and reinstalled fresh copy of latest version. Updated OS. 

student – assisted concurrent enrollment student with printing files due for college class.

patron – assisted a patron in subscribing to the school activity calendar.

website – requested help from Kim Wilson or Karis Reavis getting teacher names on the CSV file extraction for yearbook phtographers

professional development – designed website and Google apps survey forms to assess need for next staff development day on 1/9/2017
